fasten up your seatbelts
coming to 8 months of driving, i had my SECOND accident yesterday night. well it wasnt really a major one but due to my recklessness, i made a dent near the bonnet of the car. the first accident happened when i drove the Trajet out during the first week i passed my test & was parking at the multi-storey carpark. that, i know i wasnt ready & confident to park but left me with no choice. as i was reversing the next moment i know, the rear headlight got hit against the wall. danng! i was feeling super shitty but lucikly my uncles started backing me up and said its a normal thing. and THAT really prevented mom from going all raged up. and now after 8 bloody months on the road, i made that SAME mistake but this time round.. im confident of my parking & and i know how to park. its just that i got a bit distracted by bf who keeps on instructing me on how im suppose to park.. to a point that i was subconscious on my surroundings that i forget to press the brakes! well i got only myself to blame. all im saying is, do allow me to drive you out only when you trust me so. i really hate it when people keep on telling me to 'drive slowly' or 'be careful, theres a truck ahead of you!' or wateva tt they feel like saying tt might keep them "safe". i mean common, if u'r unsure bout me, go jolly well take a freaking public transport and dont depend on me to drive you ard. it all get so pressuring tt sometimes i just feel like slamming on the freaking accelerator, SERIOUSLY. well you'll feel me when u'r in my shoes. finally i broke the news to mom who was angry after hearing it. but i assure her that i'll pay her back when the dent is being fixed.. though that will take months :/ i told my uncle whom we share the car with and he's yet to see the dent. i really hope it will cost less than 200 to get the dent fixed. and now i really to save up to pay my mom back ): [PS; dont ever share a car with anyone. its so much better to have a car of yr own ok!] honestly i really had a hard time breaking these news to these two persons. i feel damn relieved. that aside, im looking forward to tomorrow's trip to JB with bf. well, lookout for the updates! |
